Optiwise is an AI-powered platform helping enterprise brands grow their digital sales on Walmart.com and Amazon.


We support 1,000+ brands and have optimized the backend of over 20 million products across Walmart and Amazon.  


We are a Silicon Valley AI startup working directly with the largest brands headquartered in Northwest Arkansas.


Founded by the team that Walmart originally brought in to optimize the backend of their product listings before they shifted that responsibility to the brands, Optiwise operates at the backend execution layer—fixing discoverability, compliance, and indexing issues that marketing teams and agencies can’t see with their product listings on Walmart. 


Enterprise brands don’t realize that right now they have hundreds (possibly thousands) of backend issues in their product listings on Walmart.com and we are here to fix those issues and directly increase their discoverability, visibility and sales.  You will truly be impacting the revenue and sales increase for enterprise brands and you will directly feel that you are making an impact.    


The Opportunity

This is not a typical internship.


As an Enterprise Sales Intern working for a Silicon Valley startup, you’ll work directly with leadership to help build new enterprise relationships with all the brands that sell to Walmart (Example: Coca-Cola, Hershey...etc)


You’ll engage with Directors, VPs, and Sales Leaders at nationally recognized brands and help drive strategic discovery meetings that fuel real revenue growth conversations.


This hybrid role combines in-person collaboration in Fayetteville and Bentonville with remote flexibility.
High-performing interns will be considered for full-time Enterprise Sales roles upon graduation.


What You’ll Do• Identify and research enterprise brands selling to Walmart
• Execute outbound email and phone outreach to senior decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities and schedule high-value discovery meetings
• Attend live enterprise sales calls to observe advanced pitching and negotiation
• Support sales leadership with prospect research and account strategy
• Maintain CRM pipeline tracking and outreach performance metrics
• Help refine messaging and targeting strategies


You’ll learn how modern enterprise sales operates inside a fast-growing AI technology company.
