Role Description
The Human Resources Coordinator (Culture Intern) role is a remote internship focused on supporting HR operations and culture-building initiatives across PROJXON’s distributed team. On a day-to-day basis, the intern assists with HR documentation, helps maintain and update HR policies, and supports employee relations efforts such as onboarding, engagement activities, and feedback collection. The role includes coordinating internal communications, helping organize virtual culture and wellness initiatives, and supporting benefits-related inquiries under supervision. The intern collaborates with HR and leadership to reinforce inclusive, values-driven practices, track HR processes and data, and contribute ideas to strengthen company culture as PROJXON scales.


Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to support core people operations and organizational processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with basic benefits-related coordination and employee inquiries.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to help foster engagement, resolve routine concerns, and support a positive, inclusive culture.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to maintain documentation, ensure consistency, and support policy communication and updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Interest in culture-building, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and in supporting mission-driven and veteran-founded organizations.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
