Internship Title: Retail Education Intern, Travel Retail Americas

Location: Internship based in Miami, FL
Full-time internship: 40 hours a week.
PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP:
To support the Retail Education and Training team by efficiently managing logistics, coordinating workshops, developing engaging content, and contributing to the seamless execution of retail and retail education initiatives. The intern will play a vital role in ensuring timely materials delivery, organizing events, and enhancing the quality of training resources to align with brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Placing and Tracking Orders:
• Serve as the region’s point of contact in Miami for order management and deliveries.
• Centralize regional needs, monitor shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Address any delays or discrepancies in collaboration with the logistics team.
• Follow up on orders, including novelties and collection splits.
Office Stock Management:
• Coordinate stock reorders as needed.
• Handle the unpacking, organization, and storage of orders.
Training Event Coordination:
• Assist with scheduling and organizing Retail or Training workshops.
• Ensure gifts/grooming and training materials are complete and delivered on time to the correct locations.
Content-Related Tasks
Proofreading and Translation:
• Help to review and edit Retail and Training materials in English and Spanish to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in translating documents to and from English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Creative Contributions
Content Development:
• Assist in designing visually engaging presentations and visuals for training purposes.
• Propose improvements to training materials to enhance engagement and clarity.
Additional Support
Research and Analysis:
• Assist in Conducting market research on training techniques and retail strategies.
• Compile findings into concise, actionable reports.
Administrative Assistance:
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting notes.
• Provide support for cross-departmental projects as needed.
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
• Ability to gather, centralize, and streamline information from multiple departments, summarize key points, and present concise updates for managerial review.
• Positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Skills in social media content creation and video editing are a plus.
