PathWays is looking for an Intern to join our Learning & Development team and gain hands on experience supporting training across a multi-program human services organization. Work on real projects that impact child services, healthcare/IDD, behavioral health, and workforce development programs.
Choose from three tracks or blend them based on your interests:
Instructional Design Track

• Create and update training materials
•
• Develop job aids and microlearning
•
• Support eLearning storyboards and visual design
•
• Build portfolio ready content
• Adult Learning & Facilitation Track
•
• Assist with onboarding and live training sessions
•
• Co facilitate activities and breakout groups
•
• Prepare facilitator materials
•
• Support learner engagement and evaluation
• Learning Operations Track
•
• Support LMS updates and reporting
•
• Assist with compliance tracking
•
• Help coordinate training logistics and communications
•
• Contribute to process improvement projects
