Role Description The Regional General Manager (Intern) role is a remote internship focused on supporting regional operations and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day activities include assisting with regional planning, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and supporting coordination between technical, construction, and business teams. The intern helps analyze performance data, identify operational issues, and suggest process improvements aligned with the company’s AI-driven approach. Responsibilities may also include participating in virtual meetings with regional stakeholders, contributing to documentation of best practices, and supporting the implementation of new tools or workflows. This role offers exposure to technology-enabled construction management and regional business operations under the guidance of senior leaders.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of business management, operations, or project coordination, preferably in technology or construction-related fields.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence applications, with basic understanding of how data and digital tools can optimize operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, prepare concise reports, and make practical recommendations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote internship setting with minimal supervision.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with standard office and collaboration software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management platforms); familiarity with digital or AI tools is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in regional or multi-site operations, and willingness to learn about strategic planning and performance management.
