About the Opportunity
At Phreesia, we’re transforming healthcare by helping providers better understand and engage their patients. Our Client Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring our healthcare clients achieve maximum value from our platform.
As a SkillBridge Intern on the Client Solutions team, you will work closely with experienced Client Success Associates to:
• Manage client satisfaction through exceptional service resulting in client retention and expansion
• Drive adoption of specific products and features within the Phreesia solution, ensuring maximum business benefits for the client
• Implement Phreesia's robust product suite with leading healthcare organizations across the country
• Proactively address client risks based on product usage trends and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with Phreesia teams, Client Success, Support, Product Management, Client Services and Sales to address customer issues
• Be a client advocate while capturing client feedback and reporting and prioritizing requests to our Product Management team
• Utilize and optimize best practices to ensure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
Who Should Apply

Candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Currently serving in the U.S. military and within 180 days of transition
• Bachelor’s degree

• Comfortable interfacing with clients and working cross-functionally
