Company Description Pillar ABA LLC provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and youth ages 0–21 across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties and surrounding areas. Services are delivered in home, school, community, and center-based settings to support meaningful behavioral and developmental outcomes. Board Certified Behavior Analysts create individualized treatment plans through intensive collaboration with clients, technicians, families, and other professionals. Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in the Greater Philadelphia area. The intern will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents in home, school, community, and center-based settings. Daily activities include conducting behavior assessments, collecting and analyzing data, modeling intervention strategies for technicians, and providing guidance on behavior support plans. The role involves collaborating with families and caregivers, participating in parent education sessions, and working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care. The intern will also engage in ongoing documentation, attend supervision and training, and uphold ethical and culturally responsive ABA practices.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and interpret behavior interventions.
• Knowledge of Psychology and child development to inform assessment, goal setting, and treatment planning.
• Skills in Behavior Management and crisis prevention to support safe, consistent, and compassionate implementation of behavior plans.
• Experience or interest in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers on ABA strategies and supporting family-centered care.
• Active or in-progress Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, or eligibility for BCBA supervision hours.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and evidence-based interventions in diverse community settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability to work on-site across multiple settings in the Greater Philadelphia area and reliable transportation.
