Role Description The CareTeam Specialist internship is a hybrid role based in the United States, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. Interns will support coordination of care-related activities across projects, including scheduling meetings, documenting follow-ups, and tracking action items. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with team members and stakeholders, updating project status logs, maintaining shared resources, and helping ensure timely responses to inquiries. The CareTeam Specialist will assist in preparing reports and summaries, organizing information for cross-functional teams, and identifying any process gaps that may affect quality or timelines. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in operations, stakeholder support, and team coordination within a deep tech environment.
