Responsibilities
• Check and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, network devices, etc.) on site, and fix problems when they occur.
• Provide technical support for Windows‑based PCs and related devices.
• Install and update company software and tools, including operating system patches, remote access tools (e.g., ToDesk), browsers, and development tools.
• Find out the cause of hardware/software issues and arrange for replacements or repairs when needed.
• Keep accurate asset records, including device IDs, owners, locations, status, and maintenance history.
• Help with IT inventory checks to ensure the asset system has correct data.
• Prepare regular operation and maintenance reports.
Requirements
• No specific major required. We welcome students or fresh graduates with no experience – training and guidance will be provided.
• Fluent in Chinese (as working language) and English (good communication skills).
• Able to start soon is a plus.
