JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an Intern Supervisor to join our
masters\' level internship program. PSG is a community-based social
services and outpatient mental health organization that fulfills its
mission of helping individuals and families achieve their greatest
potential through dynamic and innovative programming responsive to the
needs of diverse communities. We are looking for talented professionals
like you to join our team. JOB SUMMARY: This position involves providing
individual or dyadic clinical supervision to ensure our interns\'
professional growth. Participation in internship team meetings is
required to aid in the program\'s development and recruitment and
training of interns who want to pursue a career in mental health. Intern
supervisors will interview internship candidates to ensure the right fit
for the program and will be responsible for onboarding new interns,
providing in person orientation, and managing intern caseloads.
LOCATION: This position is within our outpatient mental health clinics
located in southeast counties of Wisconsin. SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours
per week typically 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Hybrid work with

work effectively with leadership team, staff, clients, along with
external agencies. Must have ability to take initiative, utilize
problem-solving expertise, and communicate effectively. Education and
Training: Must have a master\'s degree in Social Work, Psychology or
other related field. Licensed Clinician (APSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or
Licensed Psychologist required. Experience: Prior experience mentoring
or serving in a leadership role in some capacity is preferred. Two years
