About the Role
This 12-week, full-time internship is based in Greenville, SC and reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to HR systems, project coordination, and day-to-day HR operations — all within a fast-paced corporate environment.
What You'll Do
• Support HR technology projects including software research, UAT testing, and system improvements
• Assist with project planning, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports
• Help develop communication materials, user guides, and training content
• Assist with HR administrative tasks including data entry, records maintenance, and employee recognition programs
• Review digital HR records to ensure accuracy and completeness
What You'll Bring
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
• Junior or Senior standing preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR systems, project coordination tools, or software testing is a plus!
