Descriptions

Reddit's Emerging Talent program is ready for our next cohort of interns and we are seeking Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) interns that are interested in coding and creating models all while browsing subreddits at work? If that’s you, you're in the right place (and we guarantee you'll get to do it all!). Reddit is in search of MLE intern candidates to join our Ads ML teams!

Responsibilities

Work on projects that impact the business. You'll gain exposure to how a real engineering team works, from sprint planning to shipping code. As a MLE intern you will also be exposed to scalable systems that handle the complexity and volume of Reddit’s vast user base and content.

Be mentored by experienced engineers from all backgrounds. From bootcamps to universities, small to medium and large companies, you'll work with engineers of many different experiences and levels. You'll have a formal mentor on your team guiding you throughout the summer as well!

Contribute to the betterment of Reddit, by building ML engines that power Reddit’s Ad Marketplace. Whether that’s designing & improving ML models for targeting and recommendations, running large-scale experiments for improvement validations, or deploying and maintaining models for high-throughput production systems, MLEs in our Marketplace shape the future of ads optimization.

Join us at our HQ in San Francisco, complete with catered lunch, free snacks, and easy access to downtown SF. Reddit has a flexible workforce! Don't live near our HQ? No worries: You can apply to work remotely within the United States.

Continue your journey at Reddit as a part of our next intern class. Be a part of a community of your peers, flex your Reddit merch, and get to know each other through sponsored events.
