Brief Role Descriptions
Event Management & Operations and Sport Management - SNE Tournaments is seeking high-energy, detail-oriented Event Operations Interns to help execute top-tier youth baseball tournaments and showcases across Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. This hands-on role places you at the center of youth sports event management, ensuring seamless experiences for players, coaches, and families.
Content Creation - SNE Tournaments is looking for creative storytellers to serve as our Content Creation Intern. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our tournaments, capturing the energy, competitive spirit, and culture of youth travel baseball across all digital platforms.
Brand Management & Partnerships - SNE Tournaments is looking for a relationship-driven Brand Manager & Partnerships Intern to expand our network and elevate our market presence. This role focuses on commercial growth, tournament sponsor engagement, and empowering youth athletes through our brand initiatives.
Baseball Scouting & Analytics - SNE Tournaments is seeking analytical, detail-oriented Baseball Scouting & Analytics Interns who aspire to break into professional or collegiate baseball scouting. Instead of business operations, this role focuses entirely on player evaluation and data tracking. You will leverage modern analytics tools and traditional scouting methodologies during our tournaments, team camps, and showcases across Connecticut and Massachusetts to identify, track, and profile top youth talent.
Hospitality, Travel & Lodging - SNE Tournaments is seeking a dedicated, reliable Hospitality Intern to serve as our primary Travel and Lodging Coordinator. With travel teams competing from all over the region, their off-field overnight experience is a major part of our tournament success. This role is designed for a self-starter who will take complete ownership of team hotel logistics. You will act as the direct liaison between SNE Tournaments, local hotel partners, and incoming traveling coaches—ensuring smooth overnight stays and maintaining a high standard of customer service while tournament directors manage on-field operations.
Please note, all roles are for college credit and are unpaid. Expected start date is May 15th, 2027 and runs through August 8th, 2027. Roles may begin earlier if college credit can be applied towards the spring semester.
