Job Summary
The Marketing Development Representative Intern supports SoftwareOne’s marketing and sales teams by helping review inbound leads, maintain CRM data, and assist with outreach and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone interested in sales and marketing who wants to build experience in pipeline development, lead management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role is an 8 week internship starting June 1st with a maximum of 30 hours per week hybrid in either our Milwaukee or Nashville office 3 days per week. $18 per hour.
Role and Responsibilities
• Review inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels
• Update lead records in the CRM and support timely handoff to sales
• Research prospects, companies, and industries to support outreach efforts
• Assist with prospect outreach through email, phone, and social channels
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data to support reporting and visibility
• Build foundational knowledge of SoftwareOne’s solutions and customer buying journey
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience with MS Office 365
