Sparkle Cleaning SA is a start-up, tech-forward residential cleaning company based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. We are currently in our foundational growth stage, building out our operations to deliver tailored, high-quality cleaning solutions to our clients. Operated and personally backed by a recently retired finance executive, we are a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment focused on modernizing the residential cleaning industry and building a scalable business model from the ground up.
Role Description
This is a part-time, flexible Marketing and Operations Internship located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. This is a "0 to 1" opportunity where you will help build the core infrastructure of the business. The intern will be responsible for developing and implementing a foundational marketing plan to drive customer demand across social media and other channels. Additionally, you will draft and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), document workflows, and assist in the recruitment and retention of high-quality contracted cleaners. There are no limits to responsibilities for a capable, enterprising intern. You will work directly with the founder, receiving enormous mentorship and learning opportunities. Compensation includes a part-time base stipend ($400/month) plus aggressive bonuses tied directly to achieved customer bookings.
Qualifications
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and a demonstrated interest in building a business from 0 to 1
• Ability to take initiative and work independently on both marketing and operational tasks
• Basic proficiency in social media marketing and customer demand generation
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to structure and document business workflows (SOPs)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for customer outreach and contractor recruitment
• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Operations, Entrepreneurship, or a related field at a San Antonio-area university. This opportunity is only open to rising sophomores and rising juniors.
