What You’ll Do:
• Operations for an early-stage startup – getting exposure to all parts of the business. This can include HR functions, finances, logistics, and paying bills
• Data work and financial modeling
• Help design and improve business processes that drive real results
• Collaborate with Sparrow’s founders and team on high-impact projects
• Be a jack-of-all trades, wearing many hats
What We’re Looking For:
• Someone excited about startups, technology, and learning by doing
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, especially when engaging with angel investors.
• Fast learner, comfortable navigating new tools and concepts.
• Creative thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and shared success.
Compensation & Perks:
