Terminax is a fast-growing automotive film manufacturer specializing in premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tint products. As we continue expanding across North America, we are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Intern to support our U.S. team during a temporary coverage period.

Responsibilities
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and communicating with applicants
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Help maintain employee records, HR documents, and internal trackers
• Assist with payroll preparation and administrative HR tasks
• Coordinate office operations and support daily administrative needs
• Help organize team events, employee engagement activities, and office logistics
• Communicate with employees across departments and help resolve basic operational issues
• Support management with ad hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable handling both HR-related and administrative tasks
• Previous internship or office experience is a plus
• Startup experience is a plus
