TATTOO PROJECTS – PRODUCTION INTERN  
Location: Charlotte, NC 
Type: Internship 
Department: Production / Project Management


About the Role 
We’re a fast-paced, creative advertising agency looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Production Intern to support our team across a variety of clients and internal production projects. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in learning the ins and outs of production, from prep to wrap, while gaining experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Our work spans commercial, branded, agency, digital, and social content, with projects for brands across a range of industries — from beverages and lifestyle to sports and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to be on set, enjoys problem-solving, communicates well, and wants to better understand how productions are planned and executed behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is interested in handling the logistics side of production and will have the chance to assist the creative team.


Responsibilities
• Assist with pre-production, shooting, and post-production 
• Help organize production supplies, gear, props, and paperwork 
• Support on-set needs during shoots, including setup, breakdown, and runner-style tasks 
• Help maintain clean, organized production and studio spaces 
• Assist with call sheets, production schedules, and other logistical documents 
• Support talent, clients, and crew with hospitality and day-of needs 
• Run errands for production-related materials or supplies 
• Help track production details and communicate updates with the team via Microsoft Suite applications and ClickUp
• Assist with social content capture, behind-the-scenes content, and internal creative needs
• First to set, last to leave mentality
• Ability to communicate well with talent, client, and production crew


What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed 
• Interest in production, creative content, social media, advertising, branded storytelling, film/TV, or commercial work 
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-moving environment 
• Strong communication and professionalism 
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 
• Must be dependable, adaptable, and solution-oriented 


Preferred Qualifications
• Social media savvy
• Prior internship or agency and/or marketing experience a plus
• Microsoft Suite experience
• Fundamental understanding of set etiquette and production workflows
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed for production runs
• Local to Charlotte – this role is in office/5 days a week

Employment Terms
• 6-month paid internship with the chance to grow into a full-time position
• Begin middle to end of May 2026
• 40 hours per week with flexibility that these hours may not fall within normal work hours
• First 3 Months - $10/hour; 2nd 3 Months - $15/hour
