Supply Chain Planning Intern

• Job Description: A The Supply Chain Intern will assist the Supply Chain Management team in various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and process improvement. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and provides the opportunity to learn about end-to-end supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, and implementing inventory control measures.
• Procurement Support: Help with purchase order creation, supplier communication, and tracking order status.
• Logistics Coordination: Support logistics operations, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and coordination with logistics providers.
• Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at streamlining supply chain processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of supply chain activities and transactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in supply chain operations.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred but not required.
