About the Role:
The A List is seeking a motivated, organized, and collaborative Fall Intern to join our fast-growing team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in influencer marketing, talent relations and brand partnerships; while supporting a variety of clients across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
Roles + Responsibilities:
• Assist with talent, stylist, influencer, and industry appointments within the showroom.
• Prepare, organize, and fulfill product pulls, gifting requests, and outgoing packages.
• Merchandise and maintain showroom displays to ensure products are presented at the highest standard.
• Assist with inventory management, including unpacking shipments, organizing backstock, and restocking product.
• Support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly client success reports by tracking placements, showroom activity, and social media coverage.
• Research talent, influencers, and industry trends to support client initiatives.
• Maintain the overall organization, presentation, and cleanliness of the showroom.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
• Previous internship, campus organization or volunteer experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge and experience with Google Suite which include Slides, Docs, Sheets and other tools and softwares such as Canva and Zoom.
• Active consumer of pop culture and relevant trends and talent on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
