Digital Merchandising Intern
Position Summary: The Digital Merchandising Intern supports our ecommerce team in creating a seamless and inspiring online shopping experience. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate product information, assist with seasonal storytelling, and contribute to the presentation of key categories and chef‑driven initiatives. This internship is a great fit for students interested in ecommerce, marketing, food culture, or digital content.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with building and refreshing featured product collections, brand pages, and seasonal campaign content.
• Ensure product listings are accurate by reviewing titles, images, descriptions, and attributes.
• Work closely with category managers, marketing, and ecommerce partners to support product launches and promotional updates.
• Update homepage and category pages to reflect current promotions and merchandising priorities.
• Support chef‑focused programming such as “Shop the Show” and other curated digital experiences.
• Monitor product availability and help remove or update items that are discontinued or out of stock.
• Gather and organize product assets to support incoming merchandising requests.
• Stay curious about food trends, chef behavior, and competitor sites to help inform merchandising decisions.
What You’ll Need
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Completed coursework related to marketing, ecommerce, digital media, business, merchandising, or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast‑moving digital environment.
