Position Overview
This is a hands-on internship designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience—not observational work. Interns are embedded within a fast-paced marketing and product organization, supporting a multi-brand portfolio across tools, pumps, chemicals, and worksite solutions.
The role offers direct exposure to product launches, cross-functional workflows, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on understanding how marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Essential Duties
Marketing & Content Support
• Assist with execution of product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Support website updates, product pages, and digital content across brands
• Help organize and prepare assets for distributors, eCommerce, and retail partners
PIM / DAM & File Management
• Maintain, update and organize product data in Product Information Management (PIM) systems
• Upload, tag, and audit assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
• Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and channel-ready (images, specs, copy)
• Help clean up legacy files and improve overall data structure and usability
Product Management & Beta Program Support
• Support a new product beta testing program (coordination, tracking, and feedback collection)
• Assist in gathering field insights from contractors, distributors, and internal teams
• Help document product performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams

Education/Experience
• Current college student or recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
• Strong attention to detail — this role touches a lot of product data and files
• Organized and comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and structured data
• Self-starter who can take direction and run with tasks
• Interest in product marketing, eCommerce, or product management
