Role Description
We accept remote and on-site internship roles based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing and communications activities, including assisting with campaign planning, content creation, and social media execution. Responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, helping to coordinate events and community outreach initiatives, and supporting public relations efforts, such as drafting basic press materials and media lists. The intern will help track campaign performance, maintain marketing databases, and assist with administrative tasks related to client projects. This role offers hands-on experience in a full-service agency environment, working closely with experienced marketing, advertising, and PR professionals.
Qualifications
• Strong interest in marketing, advertising, public relations, and event management, preferably supported by relevant coursework or prior internship experience.
• Ability to conduct basic market research, analyze information, and summarize findings clearly for internal use.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails, social posts, and basic marketing or PR materials.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support team projects efficiently.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to new assignments.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in multicultural and community-focused marketing; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
