Location: The Springs at Missoula, In-Person
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 10 weeks

About The Internship
You’ll lead a project focused on improving how services are delivered within the community exploring ways to enhance efficiency, communication, and the overall resident experience.
You’ll collaborate across teams, gather insights, and present your recommendations to leadership. Your work won’t sit on a shelf it will help shape how we operate.
What You’ll Do (Project-Based Internship)
• Observe and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows
• Gather feedback from staff and residents
• Analyze findings and develop practical recommendations
• Present your project and ideas to community leadership
