About The Role & Program
This position is part of the Global Human Resource Operations (GHRO) Organizational Management Centers of Excellence (COE) Team. Organizational Management is responsible for governing the organizational architecture and infrastructure for The Walt Disney Company’s headcount administration and employee statuses.
This position is responsible for providing a broad range of operational and project support for the HR system of record, Workday, and related downstream systems using data from Workday. We are looking for someone who is excited to manage the core structure, client engagement, data validation, testing, troubleshooting, training, and other project and integration related assignments.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 – January 2027.
What You Will Do
As an Org Management/HRIS Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Support project activities, change management, reporting, and data driven deliverables
• Ensure process and integration in Enterprise HR systems is in alignment with strategic HR initiatives and analytical reporting requirements
• Perform testing of Workday and SAP business processes, as well as data audits from multiple systems
• Invest in client and partner relationships and assist with the development of communications to stakeholders & end users
• Work with subject matter experts to create a wide array of documentation on technical processes inclusive of process maps, how-to guides, videos, and other forms of media
• Assist with development of training, reference document, and other tools for implementation of approved recommendations; support training and change management

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to effectively connect with partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams; Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, concatenating, and text to data functions)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Workday and/or SAP
• Prior experience with testing system improvements and/or developing future state recommendations, and delivering end user training
• Previous experience writing documentation in various styles and formats, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and creating videos
• Exposure to and/or experience using SharePoint, smart templates & tools, Power Automate, and project management tools
Education
• Junior or Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Training and Development, Business, Communications, Marketing, Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, Math or other related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information
• Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
• This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour.
