Compensation: $20.00/hr
Internship Length: June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026
Job Summary:
The Northeast Marketing intern will join our team this summer and support the marketing team focused on the Blue Point and Montauk brands in a variety of ways. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies across social, web, email, and print platforms. You will also get to support Blue Point & Montauk events including planning, permitting and more. This is a great opportunity for you to work with our passionate Marketing team and gain valuable hands-on marketing experience at Long Island’s original craft brewery.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Brand Manager in a variety of marketing initiatives including:
• Develop a brand partnership strategy and calendar, evaluating existing partners for the brands and making recommendations for new potential partners
• Development of communications to be used across various platforms (website, email, paid, PR, etc.)
• Develop creative briefs for new products, partnerships, and campaigns
• Track results and give strategic input on ways to optimize campaigns
• Support events team in the execution of Blue Point events and activations throughout the summer. Duties may include:
• Event planning and coordination across departments
• Interacting with customers to communicate key brand messages and product information
• Help get assets ready for usage for events, festivals, and/or samplings including boat bars, and more
• Cover events through photo and video in coordination with freelancers
Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in social media platforms, namely Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not required
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
• Passionate about learning/growing in marketing
Requirements:
• Undergrad pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Must be 21-years of age or over
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work 40 hours/week (onsite) for the duration of the internship
• This role will work a mix of weekdays during normal business hours (approximately 50-60%) and some evenings and weekends for events (approx. 40%-50%).
