The Role
We are looking for a driven, curious, and self-motivated Business Rotational Analyst Intern to join our team in Charleston, SC. This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience across multiple functions of a fast-growing beverage alcohol company.
Over the course of the internship, you'll complete rotations across key departments — including Supply Chain & Operations, Marketing, and Business Intelligence — building real functional depth while developing a well-rounded understanding of how our business operates end-to-end.
This role is ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of real work from day one, and grow quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic culture. Strong performers will be considered for full-time employment upon graduation.
Rotations & Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Operations
• Build strong customer relationships by communicating clearly, resolving issues quickly, and consistently delivering a best-in-class experience
• Help manage sales orders across our warehouses and direct-to-customer orders, including juggling pricing, product specifications, code date management, and more
• Process and manage purchase orders from initiation through delivery, coordinating with international suppliers to ensure accuracy and on-time execution
• Track inbound shipments and proactively communicate status updates to internal stakeholders; identify and resolve order discrepancies or logistical challenges as they arise
Marketing
• Support the execution of trade marketing programs across on-premise and off-premise channels
• Locally, assist in on- and off-premise activation, ensuring POS is properly displayed and programs are brought to life at retail
• Submits wines and spirits for key industry ratings and reviews
• Hands-on promotional support at key sampling event, assisting with setup, consumer engagement, and brand storytelling execution
• Monitor program effectiveness and communicate results and insights to the marketing team and leadership
• Support the creation of creative marketing ideas and strategic initiatives, including packaging, merchandising, and emerging brand-building opportunities
Business Intelligence
• Create, maintain, and publish standard reports on an ongoing basis across sales performance, revenue management, and operations
• Execute ad hoc report requests for the sales team and leadership
• Support data collection and manipulation across our 350+ wholesaler partners
• Investigate and resolve data issues; identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, and simplify reporting
• Assist with data set up for new products, suppliers, and customers
• Provide database support to team members in pricing and compliance platforms
• Provide training to the sales organization on sales reporting systems

Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business, International Business, or a related field; junior or senior standing preferred
