Data Products Application Developer Internship
Location: On-site in Tallahassee, FL from May 26th, 2026 until August 14th, 2026 (12 weeks)
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Compensation: $20/hr
Preferences: Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
Requirements:
• Interest in web development, application development, databases, reporting, automation, cloud services and ERP systems.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to consume, originate and shape ideas and participate in stakeholder conversations.
• Desired skills and responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using JavaScript (VUE.js / NUXT), HTML5, Node.js, and PHP.
• Design and manage databases using Snowflake, Databricks, Hana Cloud, Redshift, and/or MongoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Create insightful reports and data visualizations using Power BI and custom developed applications.
• Automate processes and enhance workflows using Python.
• Leverage AWS services including Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, and EC2 to build and maintain scalable cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Additional Beneficial Requirements:
• Studies in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science
• Interest in understanding the cultivation, production and retail industries
• Interest and experience with technology including data, analytics, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Snowflake and Databricks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to create innovative solutions, and create and deliver presentations about those solutions
