Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern focused on Talent Acquisition to support our recruiting team. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, gaining exposure to campus recruiting, job postings, candidate screening, and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
• Assist with posting job openings across job boards, career sites, and social media platforms
• Support candidate screening by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and outreach efforts
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics
• Support interview coordination and feedback collection
• Help maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
• Conduct research on HR programs, policies, and best practices to support departmental initiatives.
• Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Assist with drafting internal communications and preparing materials for leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
• This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
• The position involves sitting for extended periods, performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• The role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.
• The physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
