Internship Description

USA Sport Group is a leader in delivering high-quality sports enrichment programs to over 60,000 children aged 18 months to 14 years annually. With programs across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, we are committed to providing positive experiences for children while maintaining the highest standards of program quality both on and off the fields and courts!


The Sports Education & Training Internship is designed for students who are interested in the development of curriculums, along with education and performance. Students will gain knowledge and experience in writing and editing age-appropriate coaching curriculums, evaluating coaching sessions, assisting with employee training, and more.


You will work closely with the Education Manager and experienced coaches to design, write, and visually develop seasonal sport curriculums, including creating game graphics and activity visual using Photoshop. Additionally, you will help build and maintain continued learning courses with the company's education platform, TalentLMS. Other responsibilities include:


• Assisting with planning and execution of coach training events and education intitatives
• Completing the USA Sport Group “Safe Kids” seminar and other development sessions
• Observe live sessions and assist with coach performance tracking, evaluation, and feedback
• Track and cross-check attendance for trainings & sessions
• Research and implement tools to enhance curriculums, training systems, and coaching resources
• Providing customer & coach support via the telephone and email

• Dates: 5/29/2026 - 8/7/2026 (10-Week Program)
• Hours: 15 hours a week (Flexible scheduling options) 
• Location: In-Person at our head office in Whitehouse Station, NJ
• Priority Deadline: April 15th, 2026
• Must be attending an undergraduate or graduate program during the internship period
