About The Role

ofi’ s summer internship program is a great way to gain relevant experience to jump-start your career. You will work closely with exceptional talent, building on our purpose to “Be the Change for Good Food and a Healthy Future” and contributing to critical work for the business. As a Summer 2026 Intern, you will have opportunities to learn and contribute to what’s on trend in food & beverage while building a robust network, demonstrating leadership skills, and having fun.

As a Supply Chain Planning Innovation intern, you will collaborate closely with planning, procurement, and commercialization teams to identify high-value AI use cases, design solutions, and develop working prototypes using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. At the completion of the internship, you will deliver a final presentation to senior leadership showcasing key insights, outcomes, and recommended next steps.

During this internship, you will engage with business stakeholders, contribute to real operational improvements, and build a strong professional network – while gaining exposure to leadership and the fast-evolving world of enterprise AI.

Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with desire to learn in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder-engagement and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Use-Case Discovery
• Assess and analyze current-state processes and map workflows
• Identify process inefficiencies and quantify potential value
• Lead and host cross-functional alignment sessions to present proposal for future-state
• Solution Design & Prototyping
• Develop design specifications for AI agents (workflow, data touchpoints, metrics)
• Build prototypes in MS Copilot Studio or Copilot
• Use Power Automate and approved data sources to integrate and automate.
• Pilot Testing & Business Impact Analysis
• Partner with teams to run pilot tests
• Measure time savings, quality improvements, and user feedback
• Refine prototypes based on insights and operational constraints.
• Cteate OT AI Playbook
• Lead and participate in ad hoc projects for the Private label Spices team
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing an MBA or master’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and learning digital tools
• Experience with MS Suite (Advanced, Power Platform; exposure to SQL or Python required.
• Interest in AI, workflow transformation, and operational strategy.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and data protection

The pay for this role in the state of California is $32-50/hour and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location. Interns with a permanent address more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs. This position requires the ability to work on-site at the assigned location for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2026.
