Jascko Corporation, South Florida’s leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative, currently has an open position for a part-time, paid internship as a Project Coordinator. This position is a key position in the company as this person will have interactions with vendors, other employees, and customers. A good team attitude and strong work ethic is essential for this position. High levels of accuracy are to be maintained in day-to-day operations to always provide impeccable customer service to all of our customers.
Responsibilities To Include
• Coordination of bid calendar
• Downloading of plans from customers’ websites
• Uploading of plans to internal servers
• Designation of bidding status and job assignment to sales department
• Assistant to fulfillment department and project management
• Communications with sales team and customers
• Updating of information regarding bids and projects on shared access programs, such as Zoho CRM
Requirements
• Prominent command of computers and internet, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Strong work ethic
