### Your Role as a Recruiting Intern
As a**Recruiting Intern**, youll support Americares Talent Acquisition
team with day-to-day recruiting activities for frontline and
professional roles across our senior living communities. Youll assist
with sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and
recruitment marketingwhile learning how recruiting strategies directly
impact hiring outcomes.
Youll work closely with recruiters and People Team members to ensure a
positive, respectful, and engaging candidate experience that reflects
Americares**RISING values**and**Hometown Hospitality**culture.
