About the role:
As an IT Support Intern, you will work directly with internal users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will gain first-hand experience assisting with new employee onboarding by setting up workstations and working with Active Directory and Exchange Accounts all while working within TQL’s award-winning in-house IT department.

What you’ll be doing:
• Monitor IT environments and act as a first responder to tech-related incidents
• Work end user tickets and provide outstanding customer service
• Move and setup desks throughout the building
• Maintain tech storage rooms
• Work towards and present on IT improvement projects to your team
What you need:
• Current student graduating between May 2027 – December 2028
• Maintaining a 3.0+ GPA while pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Language
• Basic SQL awareness to be able to write and run basic scripts
• Experience with Terraform and DBA
• Strong ability to multitask and follow proper procedures
• Solid communication skills
