Schedule: Flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends. 100% on-site in Placentia, CA.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Placentia, California. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the fashion and cultural wear industry. The intern will work under the direction of leadership and with the operations team to implement marketing strategies, manage social media content, and assist in organizing campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
• Produce and publish engaging content timely and effectively across our social media platforms.
• Help manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring a strong and culturally engaging online community.
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to social media inquiries and comments to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to develop and implement culturally relevant campaigns.
• Assist with collaborations and influencer marketing.
• Monitor industry trends to help position our brand effectively.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media metrics.
• Participate in the organization and execution of events, including photoshoots and promotional events.
• Facilitate pickup, showroom appointment, provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders accurately and efficiently to understand the company and products.
Education and Experience
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A portfolio of work or a track record of successful projects is highly encouraged.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
• Demonstrate passion for Vietnamese culture and a desire to promote Ao Dai through various marketing channels.
• A strong passion for marketing and content creation.
• Very comfortable being in front of the camera.
• Quick learning ability and proficiency in handling social media and other digital platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, newsletters, Canva, and blog posts.
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, innovative, and analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Conversational proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs for order fulfillment and other operational tasks to understand the company and products.
