We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This undergraduate internship provides hands-on experience supporting customer communications, order processing, and documentation within a regulated life sciences environment. The role offers valuable exposure to how Customer Experience contributes to business growth and operational excellence

• Gain hands-on experience supporting customer communications and order processing

• Support activities that help ensure product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Do
Customer Communication & Support
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and basic product questions via phone and email under supervision
• Support the sharing of product information using approved product inserts, internal documents, and knowledge resources
• Demonstrate a professional, customer-focused attitude in all interactions
Order Processing & Documentation
• Support order processing activities, including order entry, product availability checks, and basic billing or invoicing inquiries
• Help collate, track, and organize documentation to support case investigations and reports
• Assist with administrative and documentation support related to product quarantine, halt disposition, and recall activities
Compliance & Quality Support
• Assist in documenting, routing, and resolving customer complaints
• Support compliance-related tasks such as user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates
• Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Training & Professional Development
• Participate in training, shadowing, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Build technical, professional, and problem-solving skills in a regulated office environment
Additional Responsibilities
• Support other Customer Experience or departmental tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices

Education & Experience
• Must be a current student at an accredited college or university
• Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in research and basic knowledge of statistics preferred
• In good academic standing (minimum 2.50 GPA)
