The field marketing internship includes hands-on experience with a variety of assignments at Western & Southern Life, including support for the planning and coordination of marketing activities and events. The intern partners with the Agency Management Team identify and execute lead-generating activities and participate in local Agency planning meetings to help build marketing plans with local leadership and support teams in executing these plans. The intern will also have the opportunity to shadow local management and Financial Representatives on sales appointments.

We are currently looking for undergraduates graduating in the Fall of 2026 or Spring of 2027 pursuing a degree in sales, finance, or other relevant degrees. The ideal candidates:
