We are looking for a Summer intern to our P&HS Atlanta PD team.
About the role:
The internship will focus mainly on laboratory work, including making handsheets, retention and drainage evaluations, and associated paper testing such as sizing and strength measurements. The duration of the internship is approximately 3 months.
Desired skills and experience:
• Strong hands-on experience in a chemistry laboratory.
• Knowledge of chemistry and/or cellulose materials is essential.
• Ability to work in a time-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and the ability to work safely unsupervised.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multifunctional team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
