Job Description

Job Summary

As a paid engineering intern, you will gain valuable experience in the water resource engineering industry. Your responsibilities will vary with projects and work in progress at the time of the internship, but may include assisting with surface water and groundwater data evaluation, design calculations, modeling, technical research, and field data collection assistance. Candidates may also support other office activities (e.g., preparing spreadsheets, reviewing data, preparing presentations, technical training, writing reports, and field preparatory activities). This is a temporary, non-benefited internship position.

This is a part-time, non-benefited internship position with flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule. We’re looking for motivated junior or senior students currently pursuing degrees in engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an Engineering or Water Resources-related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve with guidance from supervisors
• Interest in pursuing a career in the Water Resources consulting industry
