About The Role
We’re looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer Intern who is eager to learn and work on real-world systems. You’ll get hands-on exposure to Linux, Docker, and Azure while supporting customer deployments and production environments under guidance from senior engineers. This role involves learning through real customer scenarios, interacting with customers when required, and being available during late hours on a rotational or as-needed basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and maintaining Docker containers on Azure cloud (Ubuntu-based servers)
• Support deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Dockerized applications
• Learn and assist with Azure Container App deployments, updates, monitoring, and scaling
• Support customer deployments and production systems under supervision
• Help troubleshoot system, deployment, and performance-related issues
• Work with senior team members to understand customer issues and provide solutions
• Learn best practices for high availability, reliability, and stability of production environments
• Be available for late-night or off-hours support when required (with guidance)
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Linux fundamentals and system administration concepts
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure Container Apps
• Understanding of GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment concepts
• Good communication skills and willingness to interact with customers
• Ability to stay calm and learn in critical customer and production situations
Education: BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH College Pass outs in Computer Science or related fields can apply.
