The Human Resources Intern will support work across multiple HR functions and partner with HR Leaders and team members across the US and Canada, gaining practical exposure to core HR functions and Employee Lifecycle impact.

This Internship is set to begin in June and end in August.

Work Location & Schedule:

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days/week on-site in our Exton, PA location. We are prioritizing candidates local to Exton, PA. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday.

What you will learn and how you will make an impact:

• Reporting and documentation - maintain trackers, metrics, and content for Learning & Development programs
• Job Description and Career Path - draft and edit job descriptions (job description inventory) and connect, identify, and map skills and competencies to validate and clarify career matrix
• Employee Experience - translate HR-focused activity into "roadmap" of engagement opportunities


Requirements

What you will need to qualify for ACR's Internship Program:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree at an accredited college or university
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to meet both the work location and work schedule requirements
• Availability for a hybrid work schedule including 3 days on-site in our Exton, PA location


What you will need to be successful in this Internship:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar a similar program
• Currently a rising Junior or Senior
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Experience working with HRIS or related HR systems major plus but NOT required
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
