Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for students and entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, and direct sales.
This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
• Generate leads and acquire new customers
• Present and explain company services to homeowners
• Close sales and manage follow-ups
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Schedule
• Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
• Monday–Saturday
• Seasonal summer position
Compensation
• Commission-based pay + performance bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $8,000–$35,000 for the summer
• Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed
• Additional incentives available for high performers
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be available for full summer schedule
