Areas of Exposure
Interns may gain experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Operations: Workflow optimization, scheduling processes, and clinic coordination
• Revenue Cycle: Billing, collections, payer processes, and financial performance tracking
• Finance & Accounting: Financial reporting, budgeting support, and data analysis
• Marketing: Patient engagement strategies, digital marketing, and brand development
• Information Technology: Systems support, data management, and process improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with departmental projects and day-to-day operations
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis across various business functions
• Participate in process improvement and workflow initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed

Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
