We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Operations Summer Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting Superintendents and Project Managers by assisting with safety program administration, schedule analysis, and job site documentation. The internship will provide real exposure to jobsite activities, coordination efforts, and behind-the-scenes operations at Michilli.
Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will:
• Assist and support Site Superintendents and Project Managers with ongoing project tasks
• Provide technical assistance by interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation
• Assist with daily and weekly activities, including preparing daily reports, conducting safety walks, and updating project schedules.
• Contribute proactively to project teams
• Monitor and document material deliveries and jobsite activities
• Support administrative functions including reporting and document control
• Contribute to an environment of collaboration, professionalism, and excellence
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to follow instructions and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in an office setting
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
