1.Strategic Sales Operations & Growth Planning
Support operational coordination and planning for multiple leadership and sales meetings including:
· Weekly TMT (Telecom, Media, Technology) meetings-
o Collecting weekly sales plans and updates from the sales team
o Ensuring alignment across teams before leadership calls
o Maintain client and sales activity databases, including meeting schedules, outreach cadence.
· Weekly Monday Sales management calls -
o Maintain Pipedrive CRM data accuracy for commercial opportunities and track weekly pipeline updates from the sales team.
o Gathering updates on sales action items, project progress, and deliverables
o Support sales teams with structured updates and coordination for Credit Union growth initiatives.
· Monthly Commercial Markets Business Review meetings -
o Gather and consolidate weekly progress updates on all action items in preparation for the subsequent monthly review meeting.
o Manage and monitor all assigned action items in Jira (Project management tool), ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
2.Research and Market Intelligence support
· Conduct executive and stakeholder intelligence research on target accounts including AT&T, Verizon, Credit Unions and others.
· Perform competitive and vendor benchmarking across technology providers, ecosystem partners, and industry platforms.
· Support Radiant’s growth planning initiatives and leadership strategic discussions through industry research
· Handle ad-hoc research requests from the CGO including article analysis, trend synthesis.
3. Credit Union Growth Strategy & Business Development
· Work with Credit Union Market Lead on weekly financial sector calls focused on outreach to targeted Credit Unions aligned with the sales plan.
· Create and maintain leadership contact databases for targeted credit unions to support strategic engagement.
· Call Clients as per direction & Internal strategy.
4.Sample Duties - Event Coordination & Project Management
· Supported execution of Gartner IT Symposium including vendor coordination, logistics tracking, and task management.
