The Role

• Job posting creation, candidate screening, and interview scheduling support
• Candidate sourcing through a variety of job boards and platforms including LinkedIn
• Career fair preparation and campus recruiting coordination
• New hire paperwork and pre-employment screening
• New hire onboarding and orientation support
• Recruiting metrics tracking and TA dashboard maintenance
• Interview and meeting coordination and calendar management
• General office administrative duties in support of the HR and TA team


Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
• Summer Internship

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or similar.
• Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications

• Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem-solving situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office®, particularly Excel
