Role Description
This is an internship role for a Program Manager at Kareem's Mission. This hybrid role is based in Enola, PA, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Program Manager intern will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of community programs and services. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, conducting needs assessments, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring program goals align with organizational objectives. The intern will work closely with team members to drive impactful initiatives.
Qualifications
• Project and program management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for monitoring program progress and outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual collaboration software.
• Passion for and understanding of autism advocacy and inclusion efforts.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid work environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Social Work, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
