Position Overview:
This internship is designed for a college student majoring in Management, Marketing, or a related field who wants real-world experience. As a Floor Manager & Management Trainee, you will work directly with leadership to learn day-to-day operations, team coordination, and marketing strategies while playing a key role in ensuring smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency
• Support staff supervision, scheduling, and team coordination
• Help implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns
• Analyze customer engagement and provide feedback for improvement
• Assist with inventory management and operational organization
• Shadow leadership to learn business management strategies
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow, customer experience, and brand presence
