The Covington News is now accepting applications for an in-person internship this summer.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in all facets of newspaper production. The ideal candidate will work closely with the editorial staff to assist in the production of the bi-weekly print product and 24/7 online product while also developing their skills as a journalist and storyteller.
This internship is a 32-hour-per-week, paid internship for 12 weeks.
Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation.
Prior writing experience is encouraged but not required.
