General Description

Responsible for actively participating in the initiatives of the Summer Internship Program with the support and guidance of the assigned sponsor. These initiatives include but are not limited to regulatory training and individual and team development activities, cross-collaboration with other summer interns, networking activities with the executive team, community service hours, and the execution of key projects that make a business impact. Responsible for completing a final presentation of the summer project results.

Essential Functions

• Participate in new employee orientation and complete all regulatory compliance training and assessments within the established deadlines.
• Fulfill assigned summer project tasks and deliverables, with a focus on conducting research, proposing ideas and solutions, and presenting outcomes.
• Engage in development activities with the support and facilitation of the assigned department.
• Complete tasks and provide services related to the summer program, under the guidance of the assigned program sponsor.
• Offer suggestions for improving internal processes and enhancing customer service experience.
• Manage databases, information, and records, ensuring quality and confidentiality are maintained.
• Gain familiarity with internal systems or platforms and provide support in their management.
• Assist in preparing materials such as presentations and reports, including conducting research as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Attend and actively participate in networking events with members of the executive team.
• Contribute to community service projects with non-profit organizations.
• Comply fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained herein.


Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited university, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and at least 30 academic credits successfully completed.
